THIS WEEKEND! ASK Studio Tour: Gotham Glassworks is Open

Does your house or condo need some accent or task lighting?  Tired of the same-old-same-old  IKEA, Home Depot and Canadian Tire varieties of pendant lights?

I’ve been working hard to develop more decorative art glass lighting! Teal is a top designer colour choice for 2016.

You can see some select works in process and some peaks at what’s to come below.  The show is 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday April 23rd and 24th.  See link below for more show information.

You’ll love my custom-designed, hand-made fused glass art lamps.  Com have a look.  I have some to show, sell, but especially — custom make for you, on your order.

I’ve sourced hardware suppliers from both the US and Canada so I can produce stunningly unique, complete, functional, ready-to-install works for you.

Gotham Glassworks (my Studio name) is located in a heritage-awarded barn at the rear of my property, off of Main Street in Schomberg.

Look for the ASK Studio Tour sign directing you to walk down the public laneway to my back yard, just south of Doctor Kay Drive and across from The Scruffy Duck restaurant.

More information and the map to all studios can be found on the ASK website here.

See you there!

Studio Update! Fused Art Glass Pendant Lighting – New at Gotham Glassworks

Getting ready to launch my pre-made and custom-order fused art glass pendant lighting for this Spring’s King Studio Tour (April 23-24. See here for more info).

I’ve sourced the trendy hardware myself so I can offer you a unique,  complete product for your kitchen, bathroom, condo or any area requiring task or accent lighting.

My designs are statement pieces – a real step-up from what you see in (ho hum!) major retailers.

See you at the show!

Studio Tour King 2016 – April 23rd + 24th See my latest works!

ASK Studio Tour 2016I’m delighted to be participating in this year’s show!

Come and see my newest works in my barn studio, which received a King Heritage Award in 2012 for its celebration of Adaptive Re-use.

(Our Spring flowers, certainly our tulips, should be in bloom.)

Hint: I’m focusing on lighting this year as a niche application for my glass art.

Gotham Glassworks is located at the rear of my home on Main Street in historic Schomberg.

There are over 30 artists for this year’s Tour – you can certainly plan a nice early Spring drive with the brochure and map in hand!

More information can be found on the ASK website here.

See you then!
