More Fall wine-inspired flavours, textures and drama!

This is a special work of Greg’s that is uniquely made as a centre piece for your home or lobby.

Based on your positive comments on Wine Country, this follow-up piece takes its colours and design and applies them and more to this unique large wave-shaped work.

Like Wine Country, Rolling Wine Country utilizes deep burgundy transparent glass containing streaks of darker pigment set aside clear glass with fine whispy streaks.

This fine art glass piece took no less than three separate kiln firings to achieve its multiple layered and dimensional effects.

The drama of this surface is enhanced by the addition of burgundy accent pieces and dimensional band-like impressions made during fusing on its back surface. For this latter effect, Greg used two techniques to provide added texture to both the front and back surfaces.

This work can rest on a surface in front of a window or back-lit area. At additional charge, it may be mounted using special discreet hardware (no drilling) to a vertical surface. Or as a special order, this wave-shaped work can be custom integrated as a lighting application. Contact Greg directly for a consultation on your design needs.

Rolling Wine Country measures 19″w x 18″h x 4 1/4″ d.
